Couscous

Worried about cooking couscous? Don’t be…it’s easy. Here’s how!

 Ingredients

  • 200g couscous
  • 200ml hot water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 

As you see, you don´t need many ingredients :)


Recipe
  1. Tip the couscous into a heatproof bowl and pour over the water.
  2. Cover with lid and leave for 5-10 mins until the couscous is soft.
  3. Mix the couscous with the olive oil using a fork, and flavour with salt and pepper if you like. The couscous is now ready to serve or use.
