How to make an omelet Ingredients -2 eggs -1/4 cup water -1 teaspoon salt -1 dash pepper -1 teaspoon butter Directions 1.Beateggs, water, salt and pepper in small bowl. 2.Heat butter and omelet over medium-high heat until hot. Mix the eggs. 3.Cook portions from edges toward the center with inverted turner so that uncooked eggs can reach the hot pan surface.Continue cooking, tilting pan and gently moving cooked portions as needed. 4.When top surface of eggs is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains,Place filling on one side of the omelet. With a quick flip of the wrist, turn pan and Slide omelet onto plate. Serve it immediately.

Worried about cooking couscous? Don’t be…it’s easy. Here’s how!   Ingredients 200g couscous 200ml hot water 1 tablespoon olive oil  As you see, you don´t need many ingredients :) Recipe Tip the couscous into a heatproof bowl and pour over the water. Cover with lid and leave for 5-10 mins until the couscous is soft. Mix the couscous with the olive oil using a fork, and flavour with salt and pepper if you like. How to cook Croquettes Ingredients 2 eggs 300g cooked potatoes 2 teaspoon freshly Parmesan cheese 30g unsalted butter, melted 3 teaspoon sliced fresh chives Pinch grated nutmeg Pinch cayenne 1 teaspoon salt Freshly ground black pepper 85g Gorgonzola 75g Italian-style breadcrumbs Vegetable oil, for frying Method 1) Whisk 1 of the eggs in a medium bowl. Mash the potatoes. 2) Add the Parmesan, butter, chives, parsley, nutmeg, cayenne, salt and black pepper. Mix with a rubber spatula until evenly combined. 3) Using your hands, form the potato mixture into ovals a bit smaller than the size of an egg. Press a cube of Gorgonzola into the center of the oval and pack the potato mixture around the cheese until it forms a smooth, egg-shaped ball. 4) Beat the remaining egg in a bowl. How to cook cookies Do you really need a tutorial just to make chocolate chip cookies? Ingredients 3/4  cup  sugar 1/2  cup  butter 2   eggs 1  teaspoon  vanilla  1  teaspoon  salt 1  teaspoon  soda 2 1/4  cups  flour 2  cups   chocolate chips     Recipe 1.      Heat oven to 375°F. 2.       In large bowl, beat sugar, butter, vanilla and egg with electric mixer on medium speed or mix with spoon until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. 3.     Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. 4.     Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
