Worried about cooking couscous? Don’t be…it’s easy. Here’s how!   Ingredients 200g couscous 200ml hot water 1 tablespoon olive oil  As you see, you don´t need many ingredients :) Recipe Tip the couscous into a heatproof bowl and pour over the water. Cover with lid and leave for 5-10 mins until the couscous is soft. Mix the couscous with the olive oil using a fork, and flavour with salt and pepper if you like. How to cook Croquettes Ingredients 2 eggs 300g cooked potatoes 2 teaspoon freshly Parmesan cheese 30g unsalted butter, melted 3 teaspoon sliced fresh chives Pinch grated nutmeg Pinch cayenne 1 teaspoon salt Freshly ground black pepper 85g Gorgonzola 75g Italian-style breadcrumbs Vegetable oil, for frying Method 1) Whisk 1 of the eggs in a medium bowl. Mash the potatoes. 2) Add the Parmesan, butter, chives, parsley, nutmeg, cayenne, salt and black pepper. Mix with a rubber spatula until evenly combined. 3) Using your hands, form the potato mixture into ovals a bit smaller than the size of an egg. Press a cube of Gorgonzola into the center of the oval and pack the potato mixture around the cheese until it forms a smooth, egg-shaped ball. 4) Beat the remaining egg in a bowl. Ingredients 3/4  cup  sugar 1/2  cup  butter 2   eggs 1  teaspoon  vanilla  1  teaspoon  salt 1  teaspoon  soda 2 1/4  cups  flour 2  cups   chocolate chips     Recipe 1.      Heat oven to 375°F. 2.       In large bowl, beat sugar, butter, vanilla and egg with electric mixer on medium speed or mix with spoon until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. 3.     Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. 4.     Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
